If you want to present a food/drink establishment and set up a booth at the Matsuri festival, be sure to review the conditions and register in advance.
If your business does not fit into any category but has a connection with Japan and you would like to participate in the festival, tell us about yourself.
General Information for Anime/Manga Vendors:
- Anime/manga/figures/keychains/handmade item vendors must pay the participation fee in advance.
- Vendors must set up their products 3 hours before the festival begins. If you are late, you will not be allowed to participate in the festival, and the participation fee will not be refunded.
- The number of people working at the participating vendor’s booth will be determined through individual negotiations.
- Selling illegally translated/printed manga is prohibited at the festival.
- The booth must be visually decorated: it should display the store’s name and website address. The festival organizer reserves the right to request the vendor to enhance the booth’s appearance. If the vendor does not comply, the organizer can unconditionally cancel the agreement and restrict participation.
- Selling +18 category products is prohibited.

- Payments at the festival must be made only via card/terminal. Vendors will be fined for violating these rules.
- Cash payment is not allowed
- Selling counterfeit anime products is not advisable.
- The festival does not provide rental or placement of necessary inventory for vendors, although we will help you to find the rental company.
